Now aren't you in the mood for some apple cider, a warm crock pot meal followed by a hay ride????
I can't give you drink of apple cider nor pull you around in a hayride, but wouldn't that be so much fun.....but what I can do is share this amazing looking recipe with you. I haven't tried it yet, but it just screams eat me....and I think it's the perfect fall recipe.
Super easy super yummy crock pot soup: can of rotel, can of corn, can of black beans (drained & rinsed), 2 frozen chicken breasts, 8 oz cream cheese, 1 packet dry ranch dressing, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook 6-8 hours. Shred chicken, and enjoy!
This sounds delicious...I am going to have to try it on a rainy day. THank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThis recipe looks delicious! I love my slow cooker. It comes in handy for quick easy low calorie meals. Here are some slow cookers and recipes that you will enjoy.
ReplyDeleteJust wondering if this shouldn't have at least 2cups of chicken broth added. The only liquid I'm seeing is from the tomatoes and corn? I'm scared it might burn up in the crock pot with out a little more...at least a 1/2c or broth or something?
ReplyDeleteMade this tonight. It tasted really good, but it was really thick. Wish it was a little more soupy and will probably add some chicken broth next time. Oh, there will be a next time!
ReplyDeleteI just finished making this! It's delicious and I did ad almost two cans of chicken broth. Will definitely make again soon :)
