Now aren't you in the mood for some apple cider, a warm crock pot meal followed by a hay ride????

I can't give you drink of apple cider nor pull you around in a hayride, but wouldn't that be so much fun.....but what I can do is share this amazing looking recipe with you. I haven't tried it yet, but it just screams eat me....and I think it's the perfect fall recipe.

Super easy super yummy crock pot soup: can of rotel, can of corn, can of black beans (drained & rinsed), 2 frozen chicken breasts, 8 oz cream cheese, 1 packet dry ranch dressing, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook 6-8 hours. Shred chicken, and enjoy!

  3. Just wondering if this shouldn't have at least 2cups of chicken broth added. The only liquid I'm seeing is from the tomatoes and corn? I'm scared it might burn up in the crock pot with out a little more...at least a 1/2c or broth or something?

  4. Made this tonight. It tasted really good, but it was really thick. Wish it was a little more soupy and will probably add some chicken broth next time. Oh, there will be a next time!
