Nadia's sketches are always so beautiful and so wonderful to work with, I have some very pretty pages that I can credit to her sketches!

This week's challenge called for us to journal about the men in our lives that we love, so I decided to do a page about my 3 favorite boys in the whole wide world! My Husband and 2 Sons!

LOVE MY GUYS

These are my guys! My Lil Country Bumpkins! I love em so so much!

I used Glitz Design's Vintage Blue for this page with some Colorbok scrap pieces for the accent papers.

The doily is an old crochet'd one I found some place or another a while back, lol. This is one of the first pages I've done in a while that I didn't distress, I thought it might take away from the double stitching I did around the edges.

I used a Bazzil Stitch Template to create the fancy stitch work, then I added the rest of the box by drawing my own template on the back side using a ruler to close the design in.

The twine flower is handmade and I've had a few people ask about it. If you guys are interested let me know and I will try to post a tutorial soon on how to make these, they really are super simple.
